Nice room, nice breakfast. the premium queen room with two queen beds has a great view and the outdoor heated swimming pool was enjoyable.

A stressful start to our stay

The rooftop pool was refreshing with a fantastic view, a perfect spot to unwind after our journey. The ambiance was inviting, making us feel welcomed.

However, upon arrival, we were told our room wasn’t ready. We waited in the car and only found out later that it was ready all along. Very frustrating.

The heated pool was a great way to unwind, and we loved lounging in the sun on the terrace. The check-in could have been smoother, but overall, it was a fun getaway! ☀️

During my stay, I really appreciated how close we were to the golden 1 center and the lovely old sacramento historic district, which made exploring the area super easy on foot. it's perfect for anyone who loves city strolls and wants to soak up the vibrant atmosphere, especially with so many parks and landmarks to enjoy nearby.

I stayed for 1 night in an Essential Queen Room with Two Queen Beds and View. The pool area was excellent and very clean. Staff provided outstanding service. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. I appreciated the convenience of on-site parking. 🌟

The kids loved the rooftop pool, it’s like nothing you’d imagine. Plus, the waitress there was a standout, really made us feel taken care of!

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but you know, for a spot like this, I guess you get what you pay for.

The check-in process could use some serious efficiency improvements. waiting close to two hours just to get a key can be frustrating. The lighting in the Essential King Room with a view left much to be desired—it's practically a cave at night with only one weak lamp on the desk. I also noticed that the pool area felt a bit cramped with staff hovering to upsell drinks, which can be more annoying than relaxing when you're just trying to lounge.

We loved the huge soaker tub in our room. The pool area was so relaxing. Enjoyed the special treats for our anniversary, such thoughtful touches!
